This policy outlines the available delivery methods, timescales, and applicable charges for orders placed through our website, as well as via telephone or email.

Delivery timeframe

We strive to deliver our log cabins within the estimated lead time provided at the point of order. The most precise delivery details can be found on each product’s page. Please note that delivery times may fluctuate throughout the year based on factory schedules.

In most cases, we deliver our log cabins within the estimated timeframes provided on each product page, and often even sooner. However, there may be rare instances where delivery could take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen logistical issues or specific conditions related to the delivery destination. While we do our best to adhere to the estimated lead times, we cannot always guarantee an exact delivery date in every circumstance.

Free delivery

We offer free delivery to all locations across Ireland. However, this is based on the use of our standard delivery vehicles. If there are access restrictions or difficulties at your property that prevent us from using our regular delivery vehicles, we ask that you contact us to discuss alternative arrangements. In such cases, we may need to work with a local third-party delivery service or use a specialized vehicle, which could result in additional charges payable by the customer. While these situations are uncommon, we are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution. Please note that if access issues are not communicated to us in advance, we may have to abort the delivery and charge a re-delivery fee.

Delivery procedure

We typically deliver your log cabin using a six-wheeled truck equipped with a Hi-Ab crane for safe unloading. Delivery is kerbside, though we will try to place the cabin as close to your desired location as possible. Due to the vehicle’s weight and need for firm ground, it cannot drive over soft surfaces like gardens or fields. Sufficient space is required for the truck and crane to maneuver, so please ensure there’s clear access and guide the driver on the best location for unloading. Once placed, the cabin cannot be moved later.

If you anticipate any access issues such as narrow lanes or low trees, contact us in advance at 05 6777 4010 for advice. It’s essential that either you or a representative is present during delivery, and we must be able to reach you via the phone number provided at checkout. We will always contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable date and time, though traffic or unloading delays may affect the schedule. Please note that full payment is required before delivery. The cabin is securely packed in weatherproof material, so it can remain outside for several weeks before assembly if necessary. Other information

We generally deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales. On occasion, we may consider delivering to other countries or territories. Please contact us directly with your request for more details.

All deliveries must be accepted in person at the specified address, either by you or an authorized representative, and a signature is required. If the delivery is unsuccessful after at least one attempt, we will leave instructions for how and when you can collect your order. We can arrange re-delivery, but reserve the right to charge you for the additional cost, even if the initial delivery was free.
